The Province of
Treviso is located in the north-eastern part of Italy, in the
Veneto Region, just a few kilometers far from Venice. It is easily
reachable and you can come here in different ways (by plane, by
car, by train, by bus or by motorhome).

HOW TO GET HERE FROM
ANTONIO CANOVA AIRPORT
Treviso Canova Airport (www.trevisoairport.it) is just a few kilometres
far from the centre of Treviso (around 10 minutes by car).
There are very good bus and taxi connections with the city center.
Every twenty minutes, you can take a bus going to the Treviso
railway station, or to the main square "Piazza Duomo"
in the historic center.
There is a bus approximately every 20-30 minutes. They run from
around 6.00 am to 9.00 pm from Monday to Saturday and from around
7.30 am to 9.30 pm on Sundays and public holidays. Tickets cost
around €1.20, if you buy them before boarding (they are also
available in the airport) or € 2.50 if you buy them directly
from the driver. A taxi journey (tel. 0422 431515) from the airport
to Treviso city centre for passengers with luggage costs €
15.00. It is also possible to hire a car with a driver.

GETTING HERE BY CAR
If you decide to come here by car, you can take the following
motorways:
- A27 Venice-Belluno, you can take these exits, coming
from Venice: "Mogliano Veneto", "Treviso Nord",
"Treviso Sud" (if you want to arrive at Treviso city),
"Conegliano", "Vittorio Veneto Nord", "Vittorio
Veneto Sud".
- A4 Turin-Trieste: if you take this highway, take "Cessalto"
exit and then follow the signs to Treviso center.
GETTING HERE BY TRAIN

Padua-Calalzo di Cadore,

The railway station of Treviso
is located on the square "Piazzale Duca D’Aosta",
to the south of Treviso’s historic center (Trenitalia Call
Center: tel. 892021 - 848888088). These are the main railway connections:
Venice-Udine-Trieste (for Treviso and Conegliano)
Vicenza-Portogruaro (for Castelfranco Veneto and Treviso)
Padua-Calalzo di Cadore (for Castelfranco Veneto and Montebelluna)
Venice-Bassano-Trento (for Castelfranco Veneto)
Conegliano-Ponte delle Alpi
TOURING BY BUS
If you want to go from Treviso to the towns nearby, you can use
the buses of the public transport. The buses normally run from
around 6.00 am until no later than 9.00 pm (see www.actt.it).
You can buy tickets at the ACTT ticket office, opposite the railway
station (opening times on working days: 7.00 am - 7.00 pm) or
from authorized retailers such as tobacconists and bars. For any
further information about the public transport, you can see this

TRAVELLING BY CAMPER
There are a large number of areas in the Province of Treviso where
you can safely stay in your camper. The local tourist offices
will be able to provide you with an list of suitable areas. There
are three types: equipped areas, stopover points and camper service
areas.
